News Release:  Pikes Peak Chapter #20, December 12, 2007

The Pikes Peak Chapter held their December meeting at the Colorado Springs campus of United Services Automobile Association (USAA).  Guest speaker Kathy Knepp, Policy Services Director, spoke to the history of USAA, USAA response to major disasters, the composition of the USAA workforce and campus locations, and customer service issues. ASIS Chapter member and host Willie Jones answered questions about security at the Colorado Springs campus.  Chapter members enjoyed lunch selections from USAA’s fine cafeteria.
